The model consists of the weatherproof and sealed high-performance plastic Necuron and is exhibited in the death chamber of Franz von Sickingen, in a damp and cold vaulted cellar on the ruins of Nanstein Castle near Landstuhl. The model gives a good impression of the former size of today's ruin and is also designed as a tactile model for the blind.
